I’m Chris — an Injury Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, and Corrective Exercise & Performance Specialist.
As an ultra-marathon runner, fitness enthusiast, and dad of two, I know how frustrating it is when your body limits what you love to do.
At Core 3 Rehab & Performance, I help people move beyond pain and rediscover confidence in their bodies — building strength that feels natural, powerful, and sustainable.
My Approach
Injury rehab isn’t about chasing symptoms — it’s about understanding how your whole body moves and why it matters.
Each session can combine manual therapy, sports massage, corrective exercise, and functional strength training to create lasting change from the inside out.
I’ve studied with leading systems such as Anatomy Trains and the CHEK Institute, integrating advanced biomechanics with practical, real-world application.
